Payments
You will have the option to make payment in multiple currencies. At the time of making payment you will be able to see how much it's costing you exactly in your currency.
When you proceed to checkout, you will see a unique QR code generated and below the exact amount of money will be displayed. Send the exact amount displayed. Payment is confirmed within 5 minutes.
There is a 3% platform charges processing fee and a $15 service fee per ticket. These are clearly shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
You will have a choice to select from multiple currencies. Our payment processor can take multiple currencies across the world.
Delivery & Escrow
Tickets are delivered via FIFA's official Transfer system. The ticket is transferred directly to your FIFA ticketing account. You'll receive an email from FIFA confirming the transfer.
Tickets are delivered within 5-10 minutes after payment is confirmed. The seller transfers the ticket to your FIFA account using FIFA's official Transfer feature, and it appears in your account instantly.
When you make payment, your payment is held in secure escrow (not released to the seller). The seller has 10 minutes to transfer the ticket to your FIFA account. Once you confirm receipt, the payment is released. If the seller fails to deliver, you get an automatic full refund.
If the seller doesn't transfer the ticket within 10 minutes, the escrow automatically refunds your full payment. The seller receives a strike on their account. Three strikes result in a permanent ban.
Refunds & Disputes
Full refund if the ticket is not delivered within 10 minutes (automatic). Full refund if the wrong ticket is delivered. Insurance fund coverage for FIFA-cancelled matches. Refunds are processed in the original payment processed on system.
Go to My Orders, find your order, and click "Open Dispute." Provide a description of the issue and any evidence (screenshots). Our team reviews disputes promptly.
5% of every transaction goes into our insurance fund. This fund covers extreme cases like FIFA-cancelled matches, fraudulent transfers, or post-delivery issues. It ensures you're protected even in scenarios where the escrow doesn't apply.
